How can I access the free courses available?

 To access the free courses, go to the NEQSOL Academy webpage and click on the “Get Free Courses” button located on the Home or About Us page. After registering, you’ll be able to explore and take part in the available free courses.

Can we access all NEQSOL trainings?

No, not all trainings are accessible to everyone. All courses are available to internal employees. However, only a selection of courses is accessible to external users.

What if you forgot your password?

On the main page, select the "Forgot my password" option. This will prompt a new window to appear, where you'll be asked to provide your User Code or E-mail Address. After filling in the necessary information, click on the "Update Password" button. You'll then see a confirmation message which reads, "If you've provided a registered email, you'll receive a password reset link. Do you approve?" Confirm by clicking "OK." Shortly, you should receive an email with the password reset link. Once you click on this link, a window will open where you can enter and set your new password.
