NEQSOL Academy Celebrates Graduation of the Second Cohort of L.E.A.P. Leadership Program

The second cohort of the L.E.A.P. (Leadership Excellence and Acceleration Program) has officially graduated at the renowned SDA Bocconi School of Management, marking another significant milestone in the leadership development journey of NEQSOL Holding.

Delivered by NEQSOL Academy in partnership with SDA Bocconi School of Management, L.E.A.P. is designed to accelerate the growth of high-potential leaders and equip them with the capabilities needed to navigate complexity, drive transformation, and create sustainable business impact across the Group.

With the graduation of the second cohort, the program has now reached nearly 80 graduates, further strengthening NEQSOL Holding’s leadership pipeline across its diverse businesses and international operations.

This year’s cohort was particularly notable for bringing together participants from Azerbaijan and Ukraine, fostering cross-border collaboration, knowledge sharing, and leadership exchange. The diverse perspectives and experiences represented within the cohort enriched the learning journey and reinforced the Group’s commitment to developing globally minded leaders.

Throughout the program, participants engaged in an intensive development experience that combined leadership workshops, business simulations, case studies, executive coaching, mentoring, and field projects focused on addressing real organizational challenges. Designed to blend strategic thinking with practical application, the curriculum enabled participants to strengthen their leadership capabilities while contributing directly to business improvement initiatives.

The journey culminated in Milan, where participants gathered at the SDA Bocconi campus to present their final projects and celebrate the successful completion of the program. The presentations showcased innovative ideas and actionable solutions developed throughout the learning journey, demonstrating the participants’ growth and readiness to lead in an increasingly dynamic business environment.
