NEQSOL Academy Completes Module 1 of L.E.A.P. 2.0 Focused on Strategy, Innovation, and Project Management

NEQSOL Academy has successfully completed Module 1 of L.E.A.P. 2.0 (Leadership Excellence and Acceleration Program), continuing its structured journey of leadership and professional development across NEQSOL Holding.

Over the course of three insightful days, participants explored key dimensions of modern management, beginning with Strategy Management led by Marta Widz, followed by an engaging session on Innovation Management delivered by Silvia Zamboni, and concluding with a practical and application-focused module on Project Management led by Marco Sampietro.

The module provided participants with a strong foundation in strategic thinking, innovation-driven leadership, and execution excellence. Through interactive discussions, case studies, and practical frameworks, participants deepened their understanding of how modern organizations design strategies, foster innovation, and effectively manage complex projects in dynamic environments.

Each session contributed valuable insights that will continue to guide participants throughout the remaining journey of L.E.A.P. 2.0, strengthening their ability to lead with clarity, agility, and impact.
