NEQSOL Academy Completes Module 2 of L.E.A.P. 2.0 Focused on Leadership Development

NEQSOL Academy has successfully completed Module 2 of L.E.A.P. 2.0 (Leadership Excellence and Acceleration Program), dedicated to Leadership.

The module was led by Beatrice Manzoni from SDA Bocconi School of Management, and focused on the essence of effective leadership in today’s dynamic organizational environments.

Throughout the module, participants explored how to inspire others, lead with authenticity, and create meaningful and sustainable impact within teams and across the wider organization. The learning experience combined engaging discussions, real-world case studies, and structured self-reflection exercises designed to deepen personal insight and strengthen leadership capability.

A key emphasis was placed on emotional intelligence, leadership behaviors, and the foundations of high-performing teams. These elements enabled participants to better understand their own leadership style while developing practical approaches to fostering collaboration, trust, and performance within their teams.
