NEQSOL Academy Completes Module 3 of L.E.A.P. 2.0 Focused on Operations and Supply Chain Management
NEQSOL Academy has successfully completed Module 3 of L.E.A.P. 2.0 (Leadership Excellence and Acceleration Program), focusing on Operations Management and Supply Chain Management.
The module was led by Francesco Gallmann from SDA Bocconi School of Management, and provided participants with an in-depth exploration of operational excellence and supply chain strategy in today’s complex and fast-evolving business environment.
Throughout the module, participants examined how to design efficient processes, optimize resources, and create seamless value flows across organizations. The learning experience combined real business cases, interactive discussions, and analytical exercises, enabling participants to translate theory into practical understanding.
A strong focus was placed on end-to-end supply chain thinking, performance measurement, and the key operational levers that drive efficiency, resilience, and value creation.
