NEQSOL Academy Launches 6th Cohort of the NEQSOL Leadership Journey Program with Module 1 – Flow Leadership

NEQSOL Academy has officially launched the 6th cohort of the NEQSOL Leadership Journey Program, marking another important step in its ongoing commitment to leadership development across NEQSOL Holding.

Since its launch in 2022, the NEQSOL Leadership Journey Program has evolved into a cornerstone leadership development initiative within the organization. Over the years, it has served as a strong development pathway, enabling leaders to grow from high-performing executives into visionary changemakers capable of driving sustainable competitive advantage and contributing to long-term organizational success.

The program is designed to encourage leaders to take a structured pause from their daily responsibilities and focus on intentional self-development. The journey for the 6th cohort has officially begun with Module 1 – Flow Leadership, delivered by Gunesh Ufuk.
