NEQSOL Academy Successfully Completes Module 1 of L.E.A.P. 2.0 Leadership Development Program

NEQSOL Academy successfully completed Module 1 of L.E.A.P. 2.0, continuing our exciting journey of leadership and professional growth.

Over three insightful days, participants explored key dimensions of modern management, beginning with Strategy Management led by Marta Widz, followed by an inspiring session on Innovation Management with Silvia Zamboni, and concluding with a practical and engaging module on Project Management delivered by Marco Sampietro.

Each session provided valuable insights and practical tools that strengthen leadership capabilities and support participants in navigating complex business environments. The interactive format encouraged reflection, collaboration, and the exchange of ideas, making the learning experience both meaningful and impactful.
