NEQSOL Holding Celebrates the Second Graduation of the PARLA Female Students Scholarship & Development Program

NEQSOL Holding proudly celebrated the second graduation of the PARLA Female Students Scholarship & Development Program, implemented in partnership with Təhsilin İnkişafı Fondu (Education Development Fund).

This milestone marks another significant achievement in the program’s journey, with 27 talented young women graduating this year, bringing the total number of PARLA graduates to 41 and expanding the growing PARLA community to 100 members. Each graduate represents the spirit of PARLA — a name that symbolizes shine — reflecting a shared belief in the transformative power of education, inclusion, and opportunity.

Throughout their development journey, participants engaged in a comprehensive set of learning and growth experiences designed to support both personal and professional advancement. These included English language and IELTS preparation, soft skills masterclasses, internship opportunities across NEQSOL Holding and its group companies, access to learning platforms such as NEQSOL Academy and the NEQSOL WellWave program, as well as participation in a dedicated mentorship camp. Each component of the program was thoughtfully designed to equip participants with the knowledge, confidence, and capabilities needed to thrive in academic and professional environments.

The graduation ceremony served as a celebration of perseverance, growth, and achievement. As a symbolic recognition of their journey, graduates received a PARLA bracelet, representing the program’s four core values — Empowerment, Luck, Success, and Strength — which continue to guide participants as they move forward into new stages of their careers.

The event was further enriched by the presence of distinguished speakers, including Meric Tunc, who delivered motivational insights and words of encouragement to the graduates. Additional inspiring contributions were delivered by Ana Nakashidze and Rasul Hashimov, whose messages reinforced the importance of resilience, ambition, and continuous growth.
