NEQSOL Holding Launches the Third Cohort of the PARLA Female Students Scholarship and Development Program

NEQSOL Holding has officially launched the third cohort of the PARLA Female Students Scholarship and Development Program, implemented in partnership with Education Development Fund. The new cohort welcomes 50 talented female university students, further expanding the growing PARLA community and reinforcing the program’s commitment to empowering the next generation of female leaders.

Since its inception, the PARLA Program has supported a total of 150 female students, creating meaningful opportunities for academic, personal, and professional growth. To date, 41 participants have successfully completed the program’s development journey, with many continuing their careers through internships and full-time employment opportunities.

Designed to provide comprehensive support throughout participants’ university years, the program offers monthly financial assistance until graduation while equipping students with the skills and experiences needed to succeed in an increasingly competitive and dynamic environment. Participants benefit from a structured development pathway that includes English language and IELTS preparation, leadership and soft-skills training, mentorship opportunities, internships across NEQSOL Holding companies, and access to digital learning resources through NEQSOL Academy.

By combining financial support with targeted development opportunities, the PARLA Program aims to help talented young women unlock their potential, build confidence, and prepare for successful careers across a wide range of industries.
