PARLA Female Students Scholarship and Development Program Participants Visit Glensol Operations Site to Gain Real-World Industry Experience
As part of its commitment to combining academic excellence with practical exposure, NEQSOL Holding organized an on-site industry visit for participants of the “Parla” Program at Glensol — a subsidiary of Nobel Energy and member of the NEQSOL Group.
The visit represented a key milestone in the program’s mission to bridge theoretical learning with real-world operational insight.
Prioritizing Safety and Operational Excellence
The day commenced with a comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) induction, highlighting the critical importance of safety culture within the energy sector. The session provided participants with a foundational understanding of international safety standards, risk mitigation practices, and operational discipline required in industrial environments.
Following the induction, participants were introduced to Glensol’s core field service operations, including:
-
Mechanical works
-

-
Repair and maintenance of rotating equipment
Guided by experienced engineers and technical professionals, students toured the workshop facilities and observed equipment maintenance processes firsthand — gaining valuable exposure to the technical precision, teamwork, and problem-solving required in energy operations.
