PARLA Summer Internships Officially Launched at NEQSOL Holding

NEQSOL Holding proudly announces the launch of the Summer Internship Program for participants of the “PARLA” Scholarship and Development Program — reinforcing our commitment to creating meaningful career opportunities for aspiring female leaders across our diverse group of companies.

This year’s Internships Kick-off Event welcomed an exceptional group of final-year university students, ready to gain hands-on experience and contribute to real projects within NEQSOL Holding.

The event began with an inspiring opening speech from the leadership of NEQSOL Academy, highlighting the vision behind the program and encouraging interns to approach the journey with curiosity, resilience, and confidence. Interns participated in engaging and practical sessions delivered by HR leaders from NEQSOL’s group companies, focusing on: Building confidence and cultivating a success-oriented mindset in the workplace, maximizing internship opportunities through goal-setting, networking, and proactive learning, exploring career pathways in Engineering and STEM, including strategies for thriving in traditionally male-dominated industries. These sessions provided both inspiration and actionable tools to help participants make the most of their internship experience and transition successfully into the professional world.

The “PARLA” Scholarship and Development Program is implemented by NEQSOL Holding in cooperation with Education Development Fund. Through scholarships, mentorship, internships, and structured development initiatives, the program continues to invest in high-potential female students — strengthening their academic foundation while equipping them with the skills, confidence, and exposure needed for long-term career success.
