At NEQSOL Holding, we believe that HR professionals must be future-ready—equipped to understand, adapt to, and lead the integration of AI within the people function. In partnership with Udemy, NEQSOL Academy proudly launched the "People-Powered AI HR Program", one of our flagship initiatives designed to develop AI capabilities within the HR community.

More than just an internal learning effort, this initiative evolved into the “AI in HR Community Program,” a broader movement aimed at raising awareness and building expertise across the HR ecosystem in Azerbaijan.

The program is tailored for both current HR professionals and the next generation of HR leaders, offering:

• Access to curated Udemy courses on AI and digital transformation

• Customized learning paths designed around specific HR functions (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Employee Experience, etc.)

• Bespoke content on how AI applies to real HR challenges

• Community-building opportunities, encouraging peer exchange and collaborative learning

• A flexible, online learning model that fits busy schedules

To date, the program has reached 300+ learners, including:

• HR teams from NEQSOL Holding Group Companies

• Students of the MSc in HRM program at ADA University

• Members of the wider Azerbaijan HR community, representing 20+ organizations across various industries

With over 15 distinct learning paths, the program explores how AI can enhance critical HR functions—empowering professionals to make smarter decisions, improve employee experiences, and drive strategic impact.

This initiative reflects NEQSOL Academy’s mission to lead by example, setting a new benchmark for AI integration in HR not only within our organization but across the entire country.
