NEQSOL WellWave is designed to support our employees' physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, while building a culture of care and engagement across all group companies.

Through the Wellbees platform, employees gain access to:

  • Personalized wellbeing journeys across fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, and mental health (As part of the program, employees had the opportunity to benefit from 6 sessions with professional psychologists, 6 sessions with dietitians and  6 trainer-led fitness sessions.)

  • Mental health resources, including access to licensed professionals

  • Engaging content on sleep, stress management, work-life balance, and more

  • Wellbeing scores and analytics to track individual and organizational progress
