"PARLA" Scholarship and Development Program
NEQSOL Holding, in cooperation with the Education Development Fund, is implementing the PARLA Female Students Scholarship & Development Program — a comprehensive initiative designed to empower female university students in Azerbaijan. The program combines scholarship support, professional development, mentorship, and career opportunities, reflecting NEQSOL Holding’s strong commitment to education, inclusion, and innovation.
Launched in 2023, PARLA provides scholarships to 50 female students every year, selected through a competitive process that considers both academic merit and socio-economic background. From an initial pool of 674 applicants, the program awarded scholarships to the first 50 beneficiaries, who continue to receive monthly financial support until graduation.
In its second year, the program has expanded to support a total of 100 female students, further strengthening its impact on the country’s education system and workforce development.
PARLA goes far beyond financial aid, offering a wide range of personal and professional development opportunities through NEQSOL Academy, including:
- Internships at NEQSOL Holding and its group companies
- Mentorship programs with industry leaders and professionals
- Masterclasses, training, and workshops focused on leadership, communication, and career skills
- English language and IELTS preparation courses
